CAT Scan Technologist (CT Tech)

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking highly skilled CAT Scan Technologist in French Camp, CA!

 

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of CAT Scan Tech experience

ARRT (CT), CRT, BLS certification

Assignment Details:

Thursdays – Sundays (3pm – 1am) with call

40 hours/week (4×10)

Start: ASAP

 *Total Travel Package = $3422/week/40 hours

·         Weekly Taxable Income: $1980.00

·         Weekly Housing Allowance: $924.00

·         Weekly Meals/Incidentals Allowance: $518.00

*Based upon qualifying for position and allowances. Total package is inclusive of taxable wages and allowances.

The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician.  These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics.  The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.
• Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
• A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
