Part – Time Speech Language Pathologist

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician’s orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active  Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract. 
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Technical Skills Needed/Minimum Experience/Qualifications	Must have a WA SLP license or the ability to obtain it upon offer.
Positions Available:	1 opening
Start Date:	August 26th
Location:	Vancouver, WA
Length of Contract:	August 26th- April 10th (Spring Break)
Schedule:	Wednesday and Fridays (8 hr/days)
Hours/Week (Paid/Unpaid Lunch):	16hr/wk
Position Details (Age group, Caseload, Duties):	-Age group: Elementary with a slight possibility of middle school aged students as well  -In person candidates ONLY  -Candidate must have experience using AAC devices  -Caseload: 20 students  -1 to 4 school sites (close together, gas mileage is reimbursed)  -No CFY
