We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to support individuals with special needs in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. This role involves working closely with children and adults, as well as collaborating with educators and behavioral specialists to implement individualized plans that promote learning, development, and independence.
Responsibilities

Support individuals with special needs in school settings

Implement behavior plans developed by qualified professionals

Track progress and report observations accurately

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other team members to adjust and improve strategies

Promote a supportive and respectful environment for clients and families
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations (preferred)

Current CPR certification (if required for the role)

TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray as applicable)

Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
