The Pharmacist performs clinical and professionalpharmaceutical work in the compounding and dispensing of drugs and IVsupplies.  The Pharmacist is responsiblefor reviewing prescriptions to ensure accuracy. The Pharmacist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals toplan, monitor, review and evaluate patient effectiveness and adverseeffects.  The pharmacist provides informationand advice regarding drug interactions and potential side effects as well asanalyze prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance and to preventexcessive usage or harmful interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current registration and/or license as a Pharmacist in stateof practice required
  • One (1) year of experience working as a licensed pharmacistpreferred
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
