Position: Cross-Categorical Special Education Guide
Location: Madison, WI
School Type: Montessori (Small School Setting)
Employment Term: August – June (School Year)
Salary: $45,000–$50,000 (based on licensure status)

We are a small, community-centered Montessori school in Madison, WI, committed to inclusive education and nurturing the whole child. We are currently seeking a compassionate and committed Cross-Categorical Special Education Guide to join our team for the upcoming school year.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated educator who holds (or is willing to pursue) a K–12 Cross-Categorical Special Education license. While not required, a 0–3 credential is a plus. This role is essential to meeting both student needs and compliance requirements in our inclusive learning environment.
