Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN responsible for performing duties under the direction of a physician to assist in the examination and treatment of patients.
Details
- Where: La Crosse, WI
- What: Clinic LPN or MA
- Start date: July 2025
- Length of Contract: 14 weeks
- Pay: LPN – $35/hr | MA – $25/hr
- Travel: LPN – $1,700/week | MA – $1,300/week
- Shift: Mostly AM, some evening availability required
- Hours: 34-40

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or its equivalent
- Good telephone communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of medical procedures
- Knowledge of clerical functions
- Current CPR card (if applicable)
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
- Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program; certification preferred
- Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.
- Relevant certification/ license if applicable.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
