Are you passionate about helping others and making a real impact in your community? Join our team as a Behavior Technician and work directly with children and adults with special needs to support their educational and behavioral development.

?? Position Highlights:

• Pay Rate: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
• Start Date: August
• Pay Schedule: Weekly pay – get paid every Friday!
• Location: Various schools such as Claremont, Covina, Charter Oak, Walnut etc.

?? What You’ll Do: As a Behavior Technician, you’ll collaborate with school professionals and behavioral specialists to implement individualized programs that help clients achieve their learning and behavioral goals. Your work will be hands-on, meaningful, and deeply rewarding.

? Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old
