Pay Range: $21–$25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (School Hours)
Location: San Bernardino County, CA

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Join our dedicated team as a Behavior Technician in a supportive school environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to work either 1:1 with students or as a classroom aide, helping children with autism reach their educational and behavioral goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students with autism in a school setting
  • Implement individualized behavioral and educational plans under the guidance of behavioral specialists
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
  • Assist with classroom activities, transitions, and behavior management
  • Track and report student progress and behavior data

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
  • No certification required – training provided
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
