About the Role

Amergis Staffing is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in K–12 school settings throughout Santa Barbara. This role focuses on helping students overcome communication challenges and thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct and consultative therapy aligned with IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid California SLP license (or eligibility)

• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

• School-based or pediatric experience a plus
