Speech Language Pathologists Needed in Pensacola, FL for the 25/26 School Year!

2 full time (in person) SLPs for maternity leave coverage for the fall of 2025. 

• These positions are for full-time coverage from August-November 2025. The school year starts for employees on August 1, 2025. Anticipated leave will begin for both around 8/11/2025. Candidates who are able to begin prior to this date may have the option to begin earlier and shadow/familiarize themselves with the caseload before official coverage begins. 
• One position will be full-time at an elementary school.
• One position will be itinerant at the secondary level.
• These are 40-hour work week positions with time built into the schedule for paperwork and documentation. No duties are assigned (e.g., bus duty, car rider duty). 
• All caseloads are approximately 60-65 students.

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting isresponsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing anddocumenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed foreach individual student and the physician’s orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in thestate of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-LanguagePathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract. 
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
