Location: Various location across Southern California

Annual Salary Range: $91,000 – $136,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Weekly Pay and Benefits


We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services to students with communication and language challenges. This role involves working collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development through individualized therapy and intervention.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
  • Current California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience preferred (school-based experience is a plus)
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB clearance (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray as required)
  • Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
