Position Overview We are seeking a nurturing, creative, and dedicated Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team. This role is responsible for fostering a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 3–5. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for early learning, strong classroom management skills, and a commitment to supporting the whole child.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with early learning standards

Promote social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning

Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom environment

Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Conduct assessments and communicate student progress with families

Comply with licensing, health, and safety regulations
Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Valid California Child Development Teacher Permit (or eligibility)

Completion of 12+ ECE units (including Child Growth & Development, Child, Family & Community, and Curriculum)

CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Prior experience in a licensed preschool or early learning setting preferred
