Location: Orange County, CA
Pay: Up to $26/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, and On-call Opportunities

Are you passionate about helping students succeed? Join Amergis Healthcare Staffing and support K–12 students across Orange County in reaching their behavioral and academic goals. We’re looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians who are ready to make a lasting impact in school settings.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support in classrooms
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Use ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, prompting, and data collection
- Help students stay on task, transition smoothly, and engage positively
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
- Track and document behavior data accurately
What We Offer
- Morning Shifts: Monday–Friday, between 7am–4pm
- Competitive Pay: Up to $26/hour

What You Bring
- At least 6 months of ABA experience in a professional setting
- Strong skills in managing and de-escalating challenging behaviors
- Familiarity with ABA principles and intervention strategies
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
