Amergis is currently seeking experienced Surgical Technicians for TRAVEL or LOCAL assignments in Reedsburg, WI!
Position Details:
Contract Length: 13 wks
Number of Openings: 1
Start Date: 7/7 or ASAP
Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 40 hrs/wk 7am – 3pm OR 9am – 5pm
Call shift 1 day per week and every 6th weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun)

Requirements
- Must be Certified
- BLS
- 1+ year of relevant experience
The Surgical Technician/Tissue Processing Technician is responsible for the sterilization of surgical equipment, arrange surgical equipment and adjust medical tools to ensure that the surgical devices are functioning properly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Surgical Technologist certification as applicable per state and/or client requirement
- One year experience as a Surgical Technician preferred (Tissue Processing Technologist – only)
- Degree in biology related field which includes a degree / certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
