The Social Worker collaborates with the multidisciplinaryteam and provides input in the development of the IHP/IEP for studentsrequiring social work intervention and support in the school setting.
- Location: Ford Heights, IL
- Start Date: August 18, 2025
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Contract Length: 1 year (W2)
- Pay: $1,925 per week
- Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
- Requirements: PEL (Professional Educator License) required; hybrid option available, in-person preferred

Minimum Requirements:
- Holds a Professional Educator License with School SocialWorker (SSW) endorsement as required by state, contract and/or facility
- May be required to have MSW or LCSW per state, contract orfacility
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
