Are you passionate about making a difference in students’ lives? We’re hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year! This is a full-time, in-person opportunity split between two schools within the school district.
Location: Madison, IN Area
Schedule: Full-Time | 2025–2026 School Year
Compensation: $50/hour
?? What You’ll Do:
- Conduct student evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver engaging, school-based OT services
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with each student’s plan of care
? Requirements:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Indiana
- At least 1 year of OT experience preferred
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Current Health Certificate (as required by contract or state)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be 18 years or older

Minimum Requirements:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy
- One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
