Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in 1:1 or small group classroom settings across Orange County for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in students’ lives while working alongside passionate educators.

?? Responsibilities

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in achieving their goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). 

?? Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Ability to pass a background check and TB test (Required)
  • Active CPR/BLS Certification 
  • Reliable transportation to school sites – Santa Ana, Tustin, Orange, Garden Grove, Irvine, Saddleback & more…  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill

  • Monday – Friday Full-Time Schedule 
  • Morning and After School (ELOP) shifts
  • Competitive Pay Rates – up to $27/HR (up to $28 for RBT)

  • In-Person Training with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Hands-on support to help you grow and succeed in your role.
