The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician’s orders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

They are here to serve the students of Saint Louis City and must be flexible if something changes or they may have to be in more than 1 school depending on their caseload. if they do, it will be a site nearby. they want to make sure we discuss flexibility with them. |

2025-2026 SY first day of school is 8/18 but possibly sooner once they establish training for SLPs. They have a lot of training set up for all new hires to learn their systems and do refreshers on things. |

will work 32.5 hours/wk. times are broken up into 3 tiers (7am-2pm, 8am-3pm, and 9am-4pm) they let SLP pick up to 2 different schedules per week |
