Position Snapshot

?? Location: Todd Elementary, Beloit, WI
?? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
?? Compensation: $40/hour
?? Start Date: August 2025
?? Duration: Full Academic Year (2025–2026)

Teach core subjects through dynamic, student-centered instruction.
Foster a positive and structured classroom environment where every child thrives.
Utilize assessments to inform instruction and track growth.
Build strong relationships with families through open communication.
Collaborate with grade-level peers and engage in meaningful professional development.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license.
Experience teaching at the upper elementary level is preferred.
Strong organizational, instructional, and classroom management skills.
A belief in inclusive, student-first practices that nurture academic and personal success.
