Position Summary

• ?? Location: Hackett Elementary, Beloit, WI

• ?? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• ?? Compensation: $40/hour

• ?? Start Date: August 2025

• ?? Duration: Full School Year (2025–2026)

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver joyful, age-appropriate instruction in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.

• Foster a safe and structured learning environment that supports all learners.

• Use a variety of assessments to monitor progress and adapt instruction to meet students’ needs.

• Build meaningful connections with families through ongoing communication and partnership.

• Collaborate with colleagues and engage in professional development to continuously grow in practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.

• Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license.

• Experience teaching young children preferred.

• Strong classroom management and instructional planning skills.

• A heartfelt commitment to inclusive, student-centered education.
