Position Overview

?? Location: Hackett or Merrill Elementary, Beloit, WI
?? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
?? Compensation: $40/hour
?? Start Date: August 2025
?? Duration: Full School Year (2025–2026)

What You’ll Do

Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for 2nd-grade students.
Plan and deliver engaging instruction across core subject areas.
Utilize assessments to guide instruction and monitor student growth.
Maintain a structured, nurturing classroom that supports every learner.
Build meaningful relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication.
Collaborate with your grade-level team and engage in ongoing professional learning.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Valid Wisconsin DPI license (for elementary teaching).
Previous experience teaching at the elementary level preferred.
Strong classroom management, planning, and instructional skills.
A deep belief in inclusive, student-centered practices and continuous growth.
