Position Overview

• ?? Location: Hackett or Merrill Elementary, Beloit, WI

• ?? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• ?? Compensation: $40/hour

• ?? Start Date: August 2025

• ?? Duration: Full School Year (2025–2026)

What You’ll Do

• Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for 2nd-grade students.

• Plan and deliver engaging instruction across core subject areas.

• Utilize assessments to guide instruction and monitor student growth.

• Maintain a structured, nurturing classroom that supports every learner.

• Build meaningful relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication.

• Collaborate with your grade-level team and engage in ongoing professional learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

• Valid Wisconsin DPI license (for elementary teaching).

• Previous experience teaching at the elementary level preferred.

• Strong classroom management, planning, and instructional skills.

• A deep belief in inclusive, student-centered practices and continuous growth.
