?? Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care for students and staff experiencing injuries or acute illness.
- Administer medications and manage chronic health conditions per individual healthcare plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with state and district policies.
- Monitor communicable diseases and implement appropriate health protocols.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to support student well-being.
- Promote health education and preventive care initiatives within the school.
? Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience in pediatric, school, or community health nursing preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
