BCBA - Middle School

BCBA’s Needed in Frederick, MD for the 2025/2026 School Year!

Generally up to 20 students at a time

Seeking BCBAs for the Pyramid program, where they are a diploma-bound program that serves students who are accessing grade level content, but struggle with behavior concerns.  This could be due to neurodiversity, trauma, emotional disability, mental health concerns, or other factors.

All hours are at the school in person

School experience is going to be preferred

Would consider part time but still must work all 5 days, just shorter hours

Hours: 35

Schedule: M-F

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES providesconsultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implementsbehavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioraldeficits.  The Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, andsupervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the schoolsetting.

Minimum Requirements:  

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching,psychology or related field
• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programsand services in schools
• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice 
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
