LPN Licensed

Schools/ pediatric experience required

Must have strong diabetic experience

Must be able to pick up 2x per week

Length of Contract	Full school year- 39 weeks
Weekly Schedule	Monday-Friday
Hours/Week	Up to 37.5 hours/ week
Grade Levels	All levels available- please note preferences when submitting and on profile
Duties/Position Details (class size/site)	A+ Rated school district

The School Nurse assumesresponsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing processand the delivery of student/client care and/or contracted services in a schoolsetting. The School Nurse may also be in a supervisory position within the contractedservices. The School Nurse provides services in accordance with Amergis Healthcare Staffing’s philosophy, standards, policies and physician orders.

Minimum Requirements:

Graduate of an accreditedregistered, practical or vocational nursing program
Licensed as a LicensedPractical, Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse in state(s) where practicing
One year of professionalexperience, preferred
Current CPR
PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (percontract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state andlocal requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
