LPN/LVN School

Are you a compassionate nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in a school setting? Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated School Nurse to join our team and play a critical role in promoting the health and well-being of students. You’ll deliver high-quality, client-centered care, support safe learning environments, and may even have opportunities for leadership within our contracted services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide student-focused nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with physician orders, agency policies, and Amergis’ high standards

• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to address student health needs

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all health regulations

• May supervise other clinical personnel depending on assignment

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN, LVN, or LPN)

• Active nursing license in the state of practice

• At least one year of professional experience preferred

• Current CPR certification

• TB test (PPD or chest x-ray), as applicable

• Current health certificate (if required by state or contract)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
