MUST HAVE: 1 year Certified Home Care experience 1 year Case Management Experience Current licensure in the state of Massachusetts Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Must be willing to work weekends/holidays/on call in accordance with department need/rotation. Weekend rotations are once every 6 weeks. Responsibilities: Providing clinical services to patients from birth to over 100 years in their homes. Assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, and providing ongoing education and support to patients and their families. The admissions process and case management responsibilities are performed in accordance with MGB Healthcare at Home’s policies and standards of practice, utilizing thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications.

Region 1: Andover, Bedford, Billerica, Burlington, Concord, Hanscom, Lawrence, Lexington, Lincoln, Nutting Lake, Pinehurst, Reading, Stoneham, Tewksbury, Wakefield, Wilmington, Winchester, Woburn

Region 2: Ashland, Fayville, Framingham, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlboro, Southboro, Sudbury, Waltham, Wayland, Weston

Region 3Allston, Belmont, Brighton, Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Newton Corner, Newtonville, Watertown, West Newton

Region 4Beverly, Marblehead, Salem, Swampscott

Region 5: Arlington, Everett, Malden, Medford, West Medford, Melrose, Somerville

Region 6: Lynn, Nahant, Saugus

Region 7: Avon, Braintree, Canton, Holbrook, Mattapan, Milton, Quincy, Randolph, Stoughton

Pay: $3,009/Week Travel 

Hours: 5×8’s, 40 hours/Week


The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered individualized patient care plan.  This care is provided mostly in the patient’s home or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home during appointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.  

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the RN will practice
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
