Amergis Staffing is currently hiring Behavior Technicians to assist a student either 1:1 or in a small group setting in a classroom during school hours for the 2025-2026 school year for the Orange County region. The Behavior Technician position involves supervision and helping managing behaviors and some aggressive behaviors and ensuring students are keeping on track with homework and classwork.
Minimum 1 year of previous Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience is required.
- Monday – Friday
- 28-30 hours a week (hours may vary between 7:30am-4pm)
- Pay Rate – $25-27 / hour based on experience and location

- Fullerton
- Newport
- Costa Mesa
We also have on-call substitute positions available for anyone that can work 2-5 days a week, Monday-Friday. Must be flexible in commuting to different school sites as needed!
