Position: ABA Paraprofessional

Location: Southbridge, MA
Start Date: August 2025
Duration: 36 weeks (Full School Year)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, School Hours (varies by location)
Pay Rate: $22 – $26/hr

Job Description

We are hiring 2 ABA Paraprofessionals to support students across all grade levels. These roles are primarily in sub-separate classrooms, with some positions being 1:1 and others supporting general classroom or small group instruction. The greatest needs are at the elementary and middle school levels, with some opportunities at the high school.

Preferred Experience:

1+ year of ABA experience
Experience working with students with ASD, developmental disabilities, or behavioral diagnoses
Comfort managing behaviors such as aggression, eloping, flopping, or self-injury

Required Skills:

De-escalation techniques (please list any training)
Trauma-informed practices
Data collection (types/programs used)
Discrete trial training
Flexibility to assist in other classrooms, recess, lunch, or bus duty
Willingness to assist with changing/toileting if needed
