Position: ABA Paraprofessional

Location: Westborough, MA
Start Date: August 2025
Duration: 36 weeks (Full School Year)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, School Hours (varies by location)
Pay Rate: $22 – $28/hr

Job Description

We are currently seeking two ABA Paraprofessionals to support students across all grade levels. These positions are primarily based in sub-separate classrooms, with some roles involving 1:1 support and others focused on general classroom or small group instruction. The greatest needs are at the elementary and middle school levels, with some opportunities at the high school level.

Preferred Experience:

At least one year of ABA experience is highly preferred.
Experience working with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or other behavioral and developmental conditions.

Required Skills:

• Support students exhibiting a range of behaviors, including aggression, eloping, flopping, or behaviors that may be injurious to themselves or others.
• Demonstrate proficiency in:De-escalation techniques (please include any relevant training)
• Working with students who have experienced trauma
• Data collection (types of data collected and programs used)
• Discrete trial training and other ABA methodologies
• Maintain flexibility to:Assist in other classrooms as needed
• Supervise recess, lunch, or bus duty
• Provide personal care, including changing and toileting, if required
