Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Special EducationTeachers to join our team and support students with diverse learning needs.Whether working in preschool, elementary, middle, or secondary school settings,you will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic, social, andlife skills success. Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement Individualized EducationPrograms (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.

·        Teach core academic subjects, life skills, andsocial-emotional strategies using specialized instructional techniques.

·        Foster a supportive and inclusive classroomenvironment that encourages student engagement and growth.

·        Collaborate with general education teachers,therapists, and families to ensure cohesive support.

·        Monitor and assess student progress, adjustinginstruction as needed.

·        Utilize technology and adaptive tools to enhancelearning experiences.

·        Promote positive behavior and social interactionthrough evidence-based strategies.

·        Maintain accurate records and comply with allfederal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.

·        Valid CA teaching certification in SpecialEducation.

·        Mod-Severe differentiationcertification.

·        Experience working with students withdisabilities (emotional, physical, intellectual, or sensory).

·        Strong communication, collaboration, andorganizational skills.
