ESY Occupational Therapist (K-12)

Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Somerset,MA who is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to work with students ona contractual basis.

 

Details of the Position Include:

Location: Somerset, MA

Pay Rate: $60/hour (based on experience)

Start Date: July 7^th

Duration: 7/7/25- 8/8/25

Schedule: Monday – Thurs: 8 AM – 12 PM

Requirements: MA OT License, Pediatrics experience preferred

Description: Looking for an OT to support special education programs forstudents on IEPs to stem substantial regression. The programs support studentsin grades PK – 12 in a mix of  individual sessions and small groups.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.   

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
