$48/hr Group Home LPN - Clarksburg, MA

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much respected facility in Clarksburg, MA who are currently seeking LPNs to assist them on a contractual basis.  

Details of the position include:

Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Program: Day Hab/Group Home 

Supervisor: House Manager

Location: Clarksburg, MA

Two Openings: Week 1: Sun, Thurs 3p-11p, Week 2: Mon, Fri, Sat 3p-11p

Week 1: Sun, Wed, Fri, Sat 11p-7a, Week 2: Wed, Fri, Sat 11p-7a

Start Date: Two weeks from offer

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Day Hab RN/LPN Relief is primarily responsible for providing various medical supports to individuals with disabilities in a Day Habilitation program.  The RN/LPN provides medical treatment to individuals as needed and is responsible for recordkeeping and communicating with medical providers and advocating for the medical needs of the people we support.

QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer someone who has experience in the direct care of the elderly or disabled. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks. 

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Must maintain all certification needed in the program including LPN licensure, CPR, First Aid, and Human Rights Training. May need to attend workshops, seminars or functions as needed for job development.
