Location: Orange County, CA
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, and On-call Opportunities Available
Are you a passionate and experienced Behavior Technician ready to make a difference in the lives of students? Join our team and support K–12 students across Orange County in achieving their behavioral and academic goals.
Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Behavior Technicians to provide individualized or small group support to students with behavioral needs in school settings. This role focuses on implementing ABA strategies, managing challenging behaviors, and supporting students in their daily routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support in classroom environments
- Implement and follow individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, prompting, and data collection
- Assist students in staying on task, transitioning between activities, and engaging in appropriate classroom behavior
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and behavior data tracking

- Morning Shifts: Monday–Friday, between 7am–4pm

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of ABA experience in a professional setting
- Proven ability to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors
- Familiarity with ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic environments
