Amergis Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Spencer, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Special Education Teachers to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Position: Special Education Teachers 

Description: 

• Special education teacher openings are available for all grade levels
• Elementary, Middle, High. MA DESE Mild/Moderate, or Severe licensure required
• Sub-separate and inclusion opportunities are available (with sub-separate being the primary need). Caseload max of 12 (sub-separate) and 24 (inclusion)
• Special education teachers are responsible for lesson planning, classroom management of students and support staff, working collaboratively with other teams and departments to ensure student success, writing IEPS, IEP progress reports, and attending IEP meetings

Location: Spencer or East Brookfield, MA

Facility Type: Public School 

Start: August 2025

Duration: 36 Weeks (Full-School Year) 

Hours: Monday – Friday School Hours (varies based on location)  

Pay Rate: $50-65/hr (based on experience)
