Locations: Bellflower Unified (Also hiring in Compton Unified, ABC Unified. and Inglewood)   

Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience) 

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, during school hours

Your Role:

• Implement 1:1 behavioral support services using ABA principles

• Support students’ academic and social goals under the supervision of educational and clinical teams

• Monitor student behavior, assist with goal tracking, and support IEP teams

• Foster a consistent and respectful learning environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience

• High school diploma or GED

• CPR and TB clearance required (we’ll assist with onboarding)

• Must meet all state, federal, and district requirements
