Amergis Staffing is hiring CDU RN’s in Chattanooga, TN. Local or travel nurses welcome! Details below:
- Location: Chattanooga, TN
- Title: CDU RN
- Description of unit: Clinical Decision Unit. Patients are in observation and may be awaiting admission to a different unit or might not be severe enough for admission and pending discharge. Unit is a bridge between the ED and rest of the hospital.
- Shift: Nights
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Pay Rates: $45 an hour or $2,050 a week travel pay
- Number of Beds: 430 Beds
- Dress Code: Any Scrubs
- Must have 2 years of recent CDU, ED, ED Hold, Tele, Med surg, PCU, or similar experience
- Epic EMR experience required
- Weekly pay and benefits offered
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision. The nurse demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Full command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
- Current BLS card.
