?? Position Details:

Role: Special Education Teacher (Elementary, Middle, and High School Levels)
Start Date: August 2025
Duration: Full School Year
Location: Southbridge, MA (Multiple Positions Available)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, School Hours (varies by site)
Pay Rate: $55-60/hr (based on experience)

?? Job Description:

We’re seeking licensed educators with MA DESE Mild/Moderate or Severe Licensure. Opportunities are available in both sub-separate and inclusion settings, with sub-separate being the primary need.

Responsibilities include:

Lesson planning and classroom management
Supporting students and managing support staff
Collaborating with teams and departments
Writing IEPs and progress reports
Attending IEP meetings

Caseloads:

Sub-separate: Max 12 students
Inclusion: Max 24 students
