Are you a dedicated special education teacher looking to make a meaningful impact? We’re excited to announce multiple openings for Special Education Teachers for the 2025–2026 school year in Southbridge, MA!


?? Position Details:

  • Role: Special Education Teacher (Elementary, Middle, and High School Levels)
  • Start Date: August 2025
  • Duration: Full School Year
  • Location: Southbridge, MA (Multiple Positions Available)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, School Hours (varies by site)
  • Pay Rate: $55-60/hr (based on experience)


?? Job Description:

We’re seeking licensed educators with MA DESE Mild/Moderate or Severe Licensure. Opportunities are available in both sub-separate and inclusion settings, with sub-separate being the primary need.


Responsibilities include:

  • Lesson planning and classroom management
  • Supporting students and managing support staff
  • Collaborating with teams and departments
  • Writing IEPs and progress reports
  • Attending IEP meetings


Caseloads:

  • Sub-separate: Max 12 students
  • Inclusion: Max 24 students
