Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much a respected facility who is currently seeking a qualified Home Health Physical Therapist to assist them on a contractual basis.
Details of the position include:
Location: Rotating between Team 1 (Dorchester) and 2 (Worcester)
Team 1: Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan
Team 2: Parts of Worcester, Shrewsbury, Millbury, Sutton, Douglas
Position: Physical Therapist
Setting: Home Health
*the first hour of workday will be at home reaching out to and scheduling patients for the day ahead*
Start Date: 7/7
Duration: 9 weeks
Schedule:
-40 hours per week
-Monday – Friday 8AM-4:30PM
Contract Requirements:
-Reliable transportation during assignment
-Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that ensured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
-Massachusetts PT License in-hand
-BLS by start date
EMR: Homecare Homebase – experience preferred
