25-26 School Year Paraprofessionals Needed - Berkshire County

Amergis Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facilities in Berkshire County, MA who are currently seeking qualified ABA Paraprofessionals to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include: Anticipated Openings 

Position: 25/26 School Year ABA Paraprofessionals Needed

Description: 

• Para 2 openings are available for all grade levels
• Positions are primarily in sub separate sub-classrooms; some positions are 1:1, some general classroom/small group
• Elementary and Middle have the most needs, and some at High School
• One year of ABA experience is highly preferred
• Working with students who have ASD, developmental disabilities, or other behavioral/developmental diagnoses
• Student behaviors may include aggression, eloping, flopping, or behaviors that are injurious to themselves or others
• Candidates must be able to speak to the following skills: de-escalation (and any training they have had), working with students with trauma, data collection (types taken/programs used), discrete trial experience, and any other ABA experience
• Must be flexible to help in other classrooms if needed, cover recess, lunch, or bus duty, changing/toileting may be required

Location: Great Barrington, Stockbridge, or West Stockbridge

Facility Type: Public Schools 

Start: August 2025

Duration: 36 weeks (full school year) 

Hours: Monday – Friday School Hours (varies based on location)  

Pay Rate: $22 – $27/hr (based on experience)
