Position Overview:

  • Location: Burnsville, MN 
  • Pay: $21 per hour
  • Duration: Full 2025-2026 School Year 
  • Openings: 10-15
  • Start: September 2, 2025
  • Weekly Pay + Benefits
  • Schedule Options:
    • High School: 7:45am – 2:45pm 
    • Middle School: 7:30am – 2:30pm
    • Elementary School: 8:00am – 3:00pm
  • Candidates that complete onboarding are guaranteed an interview!
Looking for Candidates who have:
  • Previous experience with cognitive deficits
  • PCA certification
  • Paraeducator license (provided if needed)

Additional Information: 

The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department and/or supervising designee.  The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
