Social/Emotional Paraprofessional - Fall 2025

Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Fall River, MA to hire a Social/Emotional Paraprofessionals to work with students on a contractual basis.

Details of the Position Include:

Location: Fall River, MA

Duration: 2025-2026 School Year

Start Date: September 2025

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:20am-2:20pm

Requirements: Social/Emotional and Behavioral Experience 

Description: 

• Provide direct support to students in both 1:1 and small group settings
• Assist with implementation of behavior support plans and academic activities
• Collect and record data related to student behavior and progress- they utilize point sheets

Experience: 

• Comfortable working with students with behavioral challenges
• De-escalation 
• Experience with data collection 
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and supportive in a dynamic environment
• Prioritize candidates who have worked in residential backgrounds and have social emotional experience 

Pay Rate: Up to $26/hour
