RN needed for long term or temp to perm occupational health contract in Hillsboro, OR

$45/hr + DOE

Although a variety of backgrounds will be considered, ideal candidates would have occupational health or case management experience. All RNs must have at least 6 months of nursing experience to be considered. 

This position will primarily be computer/phone work with minimal hands-on nursing. 

Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm

The Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) assumes responsibilityfor the delivery of nursing and first aid services to employees or persons whoare ill and/or injured on the job in accordance with facility policies,practices, and procedures.  TheOccupational Health Nurse demonstrates critical thinking and performanceability in the coordination of care and consistently performs according totheir scope of practice, nursing standards and occupational health andwellness.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
  • One year prior professional Occupational health experiencepreferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
