The Amergis Division is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) position with Assured Home Health in Spokane, WA (99201).

Position Overview:

Title: Registered Nurse – Home Health

Start Date: ASAP (Targeting April 28th or May 5th)
Contract Length: 26 to 52 weeks (up to 78 weeks for local candidates)
Schedule: Flexible, candidate builds their own schedule
Preferred Hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday

Position Summary:

The Home Health RN provides skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes and may accompany them to appointments when necessary. This role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team and in accordance with physician orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical services within the RN scope of practice
• Conduct initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations
• Develop and revise care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Ensure compliance with home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines
• Visit 5–6 patients per day (reliable transportation required)
• Participate in on-call rotation (1–2 times/month, $4.50/hr while on call)

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in the state of Washington
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest x-ray as applicable)
• Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Compensation Package:

Local Candidates:

• Hourly Rate: $60
• Overtime: $90/hr
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.66/mile

Travel Candidates:

• Hourly Rate: $41
• Weekly Wage: $1,640
• Weekly Allowances: $1,407 (Meals: $560 | Housing: $875)
• Total Weekly Gross: $3,047
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.66/mile
