As a Behavior Technician in schools, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges and fostering a positive learning environment. Here’s what you’ll do:

? Implement Behavior Plans – Follow structured intervention strategies designed by specialists to reinforce positive behaviors. ? Provide Direct Student Support – Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need behavioral interventions. ? Monitor & Document Progress – Track behavioral improvements, record data, and adjust strategies as needed. ? Collaborate with Educators & Therapists – Work alongside teachers, therapists, and caregivers to create supportive environments. ? Assist in Crisis Intervention – Use proven techniques to de-escalate situations and ensure student safety.
