Amergis Healthcare Services is actively looking for a LicensedClinical Outpatient Supervisor who would be interested in a 13-week,Full-Time Contract at a facility in Chicago,IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position: Licensed Clinical OutpatientSupervisor (LCSW)

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay Rate (Local): $45/HR

 Schedule:

·       Mon-Fri

·       9am – 5pm (Needsto be flexible)

·       40 hr./wk.

Duration:

·       13 Weeks (LikelyExtension)

·       Possible Temp toPerm

Requirements:

·           LCSW Preferred

o  Depending on experience, would consider LMFT& LCPC

·           Clinical Supervision Experience

·           Staff Supervision Experience (Scheduling,reviews, employee relations)

·           Medicaid & IMCANS working knowledge

·           Must be able to float to 2 other nearbylocations
