We are seeking dedicated and compassionate School Psychologists to join our team and supportthe academic, social, and emotional well-being of students in the Liberty Public School district. The SchoolPsychologists will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and otherprofessionals to assess and address student needs, develop intervention plans,and foster a supportive learning environment.
Position Details
- Location: Liberty, MO
- Compensation: $60 / Hour
- Hours: 40 / Week
- Grade Level: TBD – will be discussed in interview
- Openings: 2
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Nights, No Weekends, NoHolidays)
- Duration: 25-26 school year
- Weekly Pay + Benefits
- Start: 8/4/2025
What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychological support for LPS students
- Assessments ONLY- serve on a consultation team for MTSS andthe district special education leadership team
- Masters degree in psychology – preferred
- At least 1+ year of experience
- Current state licensures and/or certifications in accordance with MO DESE Requirements
- BLS

The School Psychologist works to support students through avariety of mental health and developmental issues and aid in qualifyingstudents for additional support services. The School Psychologist is responsible for providing on-sitepsychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state anddistrict.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must maintain current State licensures and/or certificationsin state of assignment
- Experience in pediatric and adolescent population ispreferred
- Master’s degree in psychology preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
