The Interventionist is responsible for providingprofessional support and education to individuals of all ages with abuse,crisis and behavioral problems. The Interventionist will act as an independent interventionistin order to prepare, conduct and facilitate treatment guidelines and referrals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field highlypreferred
  • Experience in psychiatric, behavioral and/or mental healthfield preferred
  • Association of Intervention Specialist membership preferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
