Location: Raleigh, NC

About the Role:

We are seeking acompassionate and detail-oriented Behavioral Health Technician to join ourteam. The BHT will provide direct care and support to patients, ensuring asafe, structured, and therapeutic environment. This role involves closecollaboration with clinical staff to monitor patient behavior, supporttreatment goals, and promote recovery.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

-Facilitatingtherapeutic activity groups

-Assisting clients inacquiring skills to manage eating disorder

-Maintaining arecovery-oriented environment

-Maintain accuraterecords of patient progress, incidents, and daily activities

-Help maintain a safe,clean and structured therapeutic environment 

 

Qualifications:

-High School Diplomaor GED required

-Mental healthexperience preferred

-Strong customerservice background
